The green EdgeLogix Ceramic Knife Sharpener has one slot (1) with 600 grit blade made from ceramic (Coarse) for the coarse sharpening of very blunt knives and one slot (2) with 1000 grit ceramic sharpening rods (Fine) for fine sharpening and regular resharpening of the blade. The ergonomic shape allows for comfortable and safe grip while in use. This sharpener is for use with straight-edge blade knives only.
