Nose: Floral notes with Chablis, and citrus fruits, followed by notes of honey, vanilla and cream. Taste: Initially dry, developing into sweeter notes of lemon meringue, and grilled almonds, with a hint of white pepper, oak spices and light coconut. Finish: Lightly sweet with subtle floral notes and malty flavours.
