Gift Cards are available at Hillside Centre Guest Services or can be purchased ONLINE HERE. Great for birthdays, holidays or any days, a Gift Card is the perfect gift and the perfect fit!
There is NO activation fee associated with the purchase of the gift card. However, a $2.50 fee will be deducted each month from your card starting 16 months after activation date. The 16 months can be extended to 19 months if you call in the 15 month.

Once an order is completed, there are no refunds or cancellations.
As soon as you realize your gift card is missing, visit or call our Guest Services at 250-595-7154. They may be able to transfer the remaining balance on to a new card.
Yes, just visit Guest Services during regular shopping hours with the gift cards that you would like to combine. A maximum of three gift cards can be transferred to a new gift card. Some exceptions apply.

Gift Cards are subject to Terms and Conditions including: • A non-refundable $2.50 Maintenance Fee which is deducted monthly from the Gift Card starting the 16 months after activation date. If requested by the customer in month 15, the 16 months will be extended to 19 months. • No refunds are given on Gift Cards. • Lost and stolen Gift Card replacements require photo ID and a purchase receipt. • The return policy of the Retailer at which the Gift Card is used is the applicable return policy.
