Please note these points of interest prior to your visit:
- An email will be sent to your inbox regarding this reservation. If you didn’t receive an email please check your spam/junk folder. If you have still not received an email within 24 hours of booking, please contact our Guest Services team 250.595.7154.
- Reservations are only held for 15 minutes. Santa is a busy guy and has a lot of people to see before December 25, 2025.
- No pets are allowed. (Service dogs are welcome)
- If there are 10 or more people in your group, please contact Guest Services at 250.595.7154. We have special time slots for larger groups.
- Please review below the Terms & Conditions for more details regarding your session.
- Payment will be made at the Santa Set $24.99 + taxes
- We accept cash and major credit cards (VISA, MC, AMEX, IDP).
๐ Santa Photography โ Terms & Conditions
Welcome to our Santa Photography Experience! We’re here to help you create magical memories. Please take a moment to read the following terms to ensure a smooth and joyful experience for everyone.
๐ธ Photo Sessions
- Booking: Walk-ins are welcome! Reservations are recommended. Reservations may be available during peak times and it is recommended to avoid long wait times.
- Session Duration: Each session is limited to a short period of time to ensure everyone has a chance to meet Santa.
- Photography Only: Personal photography (including mobile phones) is not permitted during your session. Our professional team will capture your special moment.
- Please Note:ย Multiple families are scheduled during the selected 15-minute time
- PHOTO SESSION CANCELLATION: Plans change! Please email hsinquiries@bgo.com include your full name, date and time. We will make the cancellation on your behalf. We appreciate it.
๐ณ Payments & Products
- Photo Package: Your photo package includes 1 โ 5โX7โ photo in a holiday folder and a digital file. Please see our pricing list located at the Santa set or online.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of your Santa visit. We accept cash and major credit cards (VISA, MC, AMEX, IDP).
- Digital Delivery: Digital photo will be delivered via email or download link within (typically 24 hours).
๐ Refunds & Redos
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with your photo due to a technical issue (e.g., blurry image), we will offer a free re-shoot where possible.
- Change of Mind: As photos are a custom product, refunds or exchanges are not offered for change of mind.
- Missed Sessions: We cannot guarantee rescheduling for missed appointments, especially during busy periods. If you missed your scheduled appointment you will be placed in the โWalk-inโ line up. We will do our best to move you through the line as quickly as possible.
- Not Your Day: We recognize that sometimes itโs just not your day or your child (childrens) day. If that is the case you may state, at the time of the photo session beginning,ย that you would like to re-schedule. If you decide to continue with the photo session there will not be a free re-shoot. Sometimes booking on another day makes all the difference.
๐ Health, Safety & Comfort
- Santa’s Well-being: If you’re feeling unwell, please visit another time. Santa and his helpers thank you!
- Child Safety: Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Props & Costumes: Some festive props may be available. Youโre welcome to bring your own small items (e.g. letter to Santa).
๐ Privacy & Use of Images
- Your Privacy: Photos are used only for your personal use unless you give permission for promotional use.
- Marketing Use: If we would like to use your image for marketing purposes, weโll always ask for written consent.
- Storage: Digital photos are stored securely and may be available for re-ordering for a limited time (usually up to 30 days).
๐ฉโโ๏ธ General Terms
- Behaviour: We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who behaves inappropriately or disrupts the experience for others. Inapproriate language and/or bullying of any Santa set workers will lead to your removal from the shopping centre.
- Event Changes: Santa’s schedule is subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Weather/Delays: Photos may be postponed due to bad weather e.g. heavy snow limiting road access. Please check the website for weather related updates. Weโll do our best to notify you.
