Murchie's Vienna Coffee is roasted with our Mexican beans at a temperature of 436° - 455° F (hotter than the normal roasting temperature for the Mexican Fancy, but cooler than the roasting temperature of the French Roast), creating a smooth, rich, darker medium roast coffee. Its full, strong flavour makes it perfect for blending with flavours and other coffees, as well as making for a terrific rich brewed coffee or espresso.
