Spring Green Mao Feng is a fine Chinese green tea that is picked during the spring season. Its grassy and light vegetable notes are reminiscent of spring mornings: sun-drenched dew sparkling on new growth leaves. It has a slightly sweet and creamy flavour – a traditional green tea. The wet leaf stays curled after the first steep and can be infused at least 2 or 3 times when brewed hot (be careful not to steep too hot or too long). For cold brew, add loose tea to cold water and refrigerate for up to 5 hours. The result is light and refreshing!
