While Chamomile is not a tea derived from the camellia sinensis plant, it has been brewed in much the same way as conventional teas for centuries as part of a healthy living and well being lifestyle. Tasting Notes: Chamomile has a light, slightly herbal, earthy, and  floral taste. Some would describe it as apple-like in flavour, and it's naturally a little sweet.
