As a precautionary measure due to the COVID-19 situation, Hillside Centre retailers have the option to reduce hours and/or close for an undetermined period.
The Guest Services desk is closed however Guest Services is still available by phone 250-595-7154, email email@example.com or through our website Chatbot at hillsidecentre.com. Please note that strollers and wheelchairs are not available.

Hillside Centre retailers are currently operating on reduced hours or are closed indefinitely. Shopping Centre entrances are closed with the exception of the Food Court Main Entrance located off Hillside Avenue. Shoppers Drug Mart, Canadian Tire and Thrifty Foods are essential services and remain open to serve customers. The situation is fluid and therefore if you are coming to the shopping centre please contact directly the retailer you plan to visit to ensure they are open. Hillside Centre will continue to monitor the situation and is prepared to follow specific directions from public health authorities.
The shopping centre retailers have the option to reduce their hours of operation.
Reduced hours will remain in place for two weeks, at which point we will re-evaluate the situation.
Access hours to the property will remain unchanged as we understand there are some essential services where retailers must operate as per usual hours of business, and we will continue to support them.
Some retailers may decide to close their store for an undetermined period. PLEASE call the retailer you are planning to visit to ensure their hours of operation.
We are asking anyone who is feeling unwell to please refrain from visiting the shopping centre.
We ask that you educate yourself with respect to the public health authority standards around COVID-19 including practicing self-distancing, and if necessary, self-quarantine.
